Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made within 3 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible, and you may be liable for associated costs.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs:
- A flat fee of $100 applies to packages up to 2 kg for shipments to the USA and Europe.
- For destinations outside these regions or packages exceeding 2 kg, shipping costs will be quoted separately.

Delivery Times:
- Delivery times depend on the shipping provider (UPS/DHL) and are typically 3-7 business days.
- All shipping terms are EX WORKS ISRAEL.
Tracking Information:
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch, enabling real-time shipment tracking.
Customs and Duties:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and order details.
- Packages returned due to incorrect information will incur additional shipping charges for re-sending.
Return Policy
Please note that our products are NCNR (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable). Returns will only be accepted in the case of defective items.
Return Eligibility
