Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs:

- - A flat fee of $100 applies to packages up to 2 kg for shipments to the USA and Europe.
  - For destinations outside these regions or packages exceeding 2 kg, shipping costs will be quoted separately.

Delivery Times:

- - Delivery times depend on the shipping provider (UPS/DHL) and are typically 3-7 business days.
  - All shipping terms are EX WORKS ISRAEL.

Customs and Duties:

Customer Responsibility:

  - Packages returned due to incorrect information will incur additional shipping charges for re-sending.

Return Policy

Please note that our products are NCNR (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable). Returns will only be accepted in the case of defective items.
