Order Policy
Minimum Order Amount
- All orders must meet a minimum value of $150 (excluding shipping and applicable taxes).

- Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order.
- Please review this email carefully and report any discrepancies or errors immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
Payment Terms
- Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, TT in advance.
Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your order, cancellations must be made within 3 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible, and you may be liable for associated costs.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs:
- A flat fee of $100 applies to packages up to 2 kg for shipments to the USA and Europe.
- For destinations outside these regions or packages exceeding 2 kg, shipping costs will be quoted separately.
- Customers may also use their UPS/DHL account. Please contact us at: sales@flychips.com to arrange this.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery times depend on the shipping provider (UPS/DHL) and are typically 3-7 business days.
- All shipping terms are EX WORKS ISRAEL.
Tracking Information:
- A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch, enabling real-time shipment tracking.
Customs and Duties:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and order details.
- Packages returned due to incorrect information will incur additional shipping charges for re-sending.
Return Policy
Please note that our products are NCNR (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable). Returns will only be accepted in the case of defective items.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Items must be accompanied by a detailed laboratory report indicating the damage.
Only defective items are eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team at sales@flychips.com to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the laboratory report.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, opened components, or items damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
